So since about one o'clock today I've been getting contractions every roughly 10-15 minutes , I'm desperate to have baby now or I face induction in a few days anyway due to health do anyone please can you tell me how to keep them going really don't want them to stop again after hours of pain !!

All I can recommend is to keep upright and moving about and let gravity do its thing (hopefully! )
All the best.

Keep moving, keep moving, keep moving! Have sex, get on an exercise ball, star jump if you have to  Good luck! (Nipple stimulation regulated my contractions with my son. They were on and off for days until then lol)

Make sure you eat and drink regularly, nibble and sip as much as is comfortable, your body needs the energy to keep contractions going!

As uncomfy as it may be, walk walk walk!! This alone usually makes me START cramping, so I'm sure it would help to keep them going!

Youre only 35w 5d pregnant, is it safe to give birth now (sorry, just concerned and I don't honestly know the answer to this question)?

Night flower for me it's is due to some health issues affecting me and baby and if I don't have baby I'm going to be induced in a few days so I want to go naturally as much as I can , to everyone else thankyou will be moving until this baby is here in my arms now x and I can't eat as I feel so sick but I'm drinking plenty x

Wishing you loads of luck, really hoping this is it for you hunny and your body is being clever and knows it needs to get baby born :) I've been following your posts this last week, fx's! Update when you caaan XX

Thanks mummafrog , I really hoping this is it , I don't think I can deal with it stopping again and being induced !! X

Good luck, I hops this is labour starting for you

I look forward to you :baby: birth announcement :happydance:

Jog the stairs in your house;) worked for me my last pregnancy. Just keep moving, bounce on a stability ball, eat egg plant parmasan(I don't know why it works but apparently it does?!)? Worth a try;) best of luck!!

Hope things have continued for you!
If you can't eat anything, maybe try drinking isotonic drinks (like lucozade sport, powerade) to keep your energy up x

It's been a long night and nope not in labour , nothing at all is happening other then me getting allot of pain , seriously annoyed!! Could seriously just cry

Oof that's tough going, it could be the start of a slow early labour though. if you can get some kip during the day today then do - it might start up again at night. This is kind of how mine went with DD - was progressing, just very slowly!

I have been reading all your posts and was hoping this was it for you!

Other than just having sex because sperm is a proglastin, My doctor suggested nipple stimulation (but it needs to be for a long time, not just a little bit) and having orgasms (don't necessarily need OH for it, lol) because both produces oxytocin which might keep things going.

Today sit on your ball, walk on curbs and do pelvic exercises to try to work that baby down to where he is pushing on your cervix as much as possible!

Ughh. I had slow labor for quite a while with my first baby. :hugs: I'm crossing my fingers that things start progressing for you soon! It's just hard to progress so early, but I know that baby has got to come out ASAP!

It's so frustrating this has happend twice now , I had it with both my others too , it's a nightmare feel like I've gone into labour so many times compared to how many babies I have , just want it all to kick off and be over and done with , will be going on a walk shortly using epo and dtd tonight also wearing my best pants for Sod's law and made plans hahaha so hoping something happens x
