Pains in early pregnancy

Hi girls, so I need your advice again! I've just been woken up by severe cramps They were on either side (where I imagine my ovaries to be) Anyway I went to the loo and was (TMI!) FULL of trapped wind! As soon as that had been released (oh my god I have no shame ) the pains went. So has anyone else had this? I was convinced it was all over. Would like to add that I had an early scan Wednesday and bean is in the correct place this time (had ectopic last September). Sorry for the long post, I'm scared! x

when i got preg again after a mmc i was in angony at times with cramps/pains right till 12wk on n off,its everything growing etc
but contact ur doc if ur really worriedx

As honey says it's just everything growing hon.... your guts sometimes get a bit trapped and need to rearrange themselves xx

Kimmy im the same got on and off pains so worried, but i keep tellin myself it most prob scar tissue stretchin too as i had a laproscpopy with mmc , doesnt stop me worryin dont think anythin will untill im past 11weeks ( where i mmc last time ) x x
