20+2 today and have noticed not overly sharp pains, but noticeable enough to make me slow when getting up. Mostly in my pelvic area. Anyone else experience this around the 20 week mark ?
I've been keeping hydrated today so don't think it's that causing it.

It's probably the ligaments that support the uterus. They get stretched as your bump grows, and can be very painful sometimes. I think it's called "round ligament pain" -- for reassurance, ask your doctor at the next appointment, but it's a normal "joy" of pregnancy.

This is my 5th pregnancy, and I've been getting these pains since 2 months along or so this time! Sometimes I have to stop completely and wait for it to go, but now that I'm being more careful as I move, it's not as bad a lot of the time. It does scare DH sometimes, though, when I stop and grab my tummy!
