Pains?? Scared!! Looking for reassurance

Hello ladies, got my bfp 3 days ago and been uncomfortable ever since 😞 I did a frer on mon and one yesterday, yesterday's one was darker! But just so scared, got pain like quite bad period pain, a bit of back ache, and an ache right at the tips of my legs. But I also have very sore boobs, feel sicky on and off and am extremely tired. I guess what I'm looking for is someone to tell me they felt like this and went on to have a healthy pregnancy!! Because in my experience all this only means one thing!! 😢

I'm 16+2 now and have had off and on back pain and some strong period-like pains throughout the whole pregnancy. I freaked out at first too, but after the first three scans showed a healthy baby, I realized it was just normal for me to have some cramps! (I didn't have any cramps during the pregnancy that ended in miscarriage, go figure.)
