Pains...?

Morning!

Wondered if any of you ladies had any ideas...

Since yesterday I have had a stitch like pain on my left hand side underneath my arm pit kind of in my rib cage (not sure if I described that v well!) am obviously being paranoid as to what it is. Could it be just a strain or something?
