Pains?!?

I am 4DPO. Today I am having pinching pains on my lower right abdomen and twinges in my back. It pinches are just random but there is just an overall soreness going on. What could this be?

This early it's hard to tell, the egg is still traveling so it might just be starting to make it into the uterus but still stay hopefull, I have a pic that use as reference helps me not panick as I know it's to early for anything.

I posted about this last week and i forgot he term but basically its because u od. Its too early for inplantation and u certainly dont want it to yet as egg is still travelling down the tubes
