I keep getting panic attacks over my breathing. I'm very short of breath all of a sudden, and I'm not used to it. And I can't help but think there's something wrong. I just feel so tired and fatigued all the time, and I can't breathe properly, I feel like I need an oxygen tank. I'm only 14 weeks , this is such an annoying symptom. It's scary :((.

maybe you should speak mw hun. I would understand it happening later on as baby an bump take up so much room an can cause shortness or breath. Tierdness unfortunatly comes with preg. I am 17 weeks an swear am spaced the whole time an could colapse am tht dizzy and lightheaded. Was at my mw on thur mentioned tierd but not how bad i was. I think if i feel this way much longer ill call them as i just dnt feel right.

This us really common. I've had it since about 12 weeks. It's something to do with the increased blood volume or something at the early stages. Then after that it's about bub pushing up on the diaphragm.
It used to freak me our a bit too. I found doing meditation breathing at night time helped me

I get this too.

One night I was laying in bed on my back and couldn't breathe and having heart palpitations. It took a good few seconds to catch my breath. It still happens now if I rush around or walk fast ect. MW said its normal and its just extra blopdflow and how baby is laying
Nothing to worry about :) x

Yes, very common. Just try to stay calm, I notice it gets better then as baby gets bigger it returns..

I've had that my whole life, and was nervous about it in pregnancy. You're gonna be short of breath, but you can breathe! What I use to do, when mine was bad, was get a pulse and o2 sensor. They're like 50$ at Walgreens. Anytime you feel like you can't breathe, but it on your finger. It will be between 90-100 percent, and you'll realize you're breathing just fine :)
