Part-time student - financial support?

I am hoping to go back to uni in September. However, I've now been told that the course I wanted to do is only running part-time. I do still really want to do it, but I had worked everything out based on me being a full-time student.

I was just wondering if anyone knew anything about financial support for part-time students.

I am a full-time student at University and have been offered the option to change to part-time if I find I'm struggling.
I can only suggest you speak to the student support at the university about it.
Mine were really helpful, I nearly didn't go back because I was worrying about whether I could afford it but they worked out everything I would be entitled to for me.

Also check the directgov website, as I'm sure they had a section on part-time students

From Sept it should be going to a loan system (currently grant) so you should have Jo issues over fees but I'm not sure they do maintenance for part time. Give student finance a call - though they're not great admittedly :-/
