Partner on tetralysal but ttc

My partner has been taking Tetralysal for acne for a couple of months. It says it is not for use in pregnancy, but is it safe for him to take it when we are ttc?

I just can't find any information about it anywhere! If anyone has any I'd be very grateful.

Hmmm I'm not sure; it's likely to be OK but I'd be cautious. Can you ask your doctor or pharmacist?

I'll tell him to stop taking them till he's had a chance to pop to the doctors to check! Poor chap has only just plucked up the courage to get all sorted with these tablets after suffering with it on his back for years.

Poor guy, I hope they don't have the same side effects as they would for pregnant women. My colleague's mum took these when she was pregnant and they affected my colleague's teeth quite badly. Maybe just call your pharmacist rather than get him to stop taking the meds suddenly and, potentially, for no reason? It might be just fine for him to take them!
