Parvovirus and now shingles :(

Last week I was told I had parvovirus (slapped cheek) and just when I was starting to come to terms with that I was told today I have shingles. I am so upset and extremely worried for the health of my baby. I'm 31 weeks pregnant and feel so upset. I've been reading that shingles causes no harm to unborn babies but its chickenpox that can cause issues is this true? I'm starting to worry its chickenpox I have but I definitely had them when I was a teenager so it will be shingles..won't it?x
