Passed baby and sac

I started with slight spotting Monday night and the a big streak of red Tuesday morning. Had a scan Tues pm and showed a strong heartbeat. Had some more bleeding weds but not as much as a normal period and had period pains. I passed the baby and sac all in one go weds night. But since then no bleeding. I don't understand! I don't understand how it can have a strong heartbeat and then just fall.out 24 hours later. I don't understand where the rest of the blood is. I don't understand why I'm having to go through this again or what I did to deserves it. I have another scan today and I keep thinking that it could have been twins and the one with the heartbeat is still safe? I know this is impossible as would have been seen on the scan but where's the rest of the blood? Why have I stopped bleeding??????
Has anyone experienced this? I was just short of 8 weeks

I'm so sorry. I had a missed miscarriage and D&C so I can't help with your question, but just wanted to say how sorry I am that you experienced this. You definitely don't deserve it. I wouldn't wish a miscarriage on my worst enemy.
