Pasta Bake Sauce

Me and OH really love the Tomato and Bacon pasta bake sauce by Homepride.

However, I want to get away from using jars and wondered if any of you lovely ladies had a recipe that I could have to make my own..?

I haven't got a clue where to start so thanks in advance for any help!!

i would start off with cooking off some onions, garlic an bacon, add a tin of chopped toms a stock cube some tomatoe puree cook leave it bobble to cook off any excess liquid and stir in your pasta (cooked) put cheese on top and grill til cheese has melted!
