PCOS, 2 months TTC,1 day period, BFN but breasts are sore

Since my doc put me on glucophage, duphaston and clomid, I knew when to get my AF, day 27 or 28. But this cycle it was 4 days late. It came but only for ONE day. Waited day 35 to do pregnancy test but it was negative. I feel a little nauseous, breast a bit tender and have a pimple when I usually have the tender breasts and pimple BEFORE the period comes.

Could I still be pregnant?

I would call your dr and do another HPT if its been a few days.
Cuz if you dont it will just nag you.
