hey gals how are we all,
ok here's a bit of history first,
i am 34 yrs old and was diagnosed with PCOS at 16 anyhoo after they drained the cysts i went on to have 3 children and was sterilised in 1998. i then had it reversed in 2004 when i met hubby and we had been wed a year. from there i have been pregnant and lost all my angels, 16 m/c between 8-12 weeks consecutively, an ectopic at 10 weeks in august 2008 where i lost my tube, i then had a dye put through my remaining tube in october 2008 and christmas day we found out we were expecting. after 5 years of trying we were elated but cautious. for the last 4 years i had been in hospital on my birthday august, either losing babies or having D&C and our baby was due on my birthday!! i was sooooo pleased.
i have various conditions including Graves disease, MS and degenerative nerve disease in my brain and spinal column. when i was pg i had a terrible time with medications and toward the end of the pregnancy was in a wheelchair as my pelvis split and my gosh it was agony, i was having hydrotherapy and physio.
they found out that the Graves disease was making my antibodies attack the pregnancies and that was why i had lost the 16 angels previously so i was on my meds for that but they carried a risk of my daughter being hyperthyroid when she was born but she was fine, they stopped the meds at 30 weeks and she was ok,
we made it to 34+3weeks and her c-section was scheduled for three weeks away 6th august 2009, earlier than her due date of my birthday on 24th but i was pleased she would be out, i had been complaining for 6 weeks about the pregnancy and had asked for her to be delivered as i was in such pain and had some weird stuff going on she had been having seizures, the doc said i was fine but as i left the hospital after my antenatal, my daughter once again had a seizure and her tiny heart stopped beating. that was 15th july 2009, she was born sleeping on 18th july 2009, she was such a perfect little angel. i miss her soooo much. she had died from multiple cord accident.

since then my periods were up the wall, i wasn't ovulating or ovulating too early or too late in my 28day cycle. my luteal phase is averaging 7-10 days and i have had bloods done that confirm my PCOS is playing up again. so they have put me on 50mg clomid from cd2-cd6.
ok so i am cd6 today and last cycle i got a BFP at 13 dpo yes 13!! miracle lol, but then the next day AF came so heavy. i took my clomid and AF vanished usually i flow heavy for 5 days ish then spot till cd 7 so this is really odd. i have headaches and my boobs are soooooo sore, this morning i am nauseous and i am confused. i thought it was the clomid that has done this but a few gals have told me its not so i was wondering if anyone had any ideas? my chart link is on my siggy if anyone want to take a look, i have merged this cycle and last so people can see.
so are these symptoms normal or not?
thanks gals look forward to hearing from you all

Hi Hedgewitch, firstly sorry to read you have had such a difficult road, you are very strong and I admirable!

I take clomid cd 2- 6, first cycle i had hot flushes, v painful ovaries and major headaches, v sore boobs and nausea 2nd round of clomid, I felt nothing physical but had very low moods, now on 3rd round of clomid and had really bad bloated, gassy tummy, was so painful and uncomfortable until I ov. what I am trying to say is, the symptoms can vary for everyone and even cycle to cycle, I think it sounds like clomid side effects, what you are experiencing as it is cd6 for you this is what makes me think its the clomid..

Good luck, hope you get your BFP soon

thanks hun, so many people have said it isnt the clomid and i then started to panic thinking something was wrong lol, thanks so much for answering, i hope you get your BFP soon and i am sorry for the loss of your angel, i know your pain only too well
Brightest Blessings
Sam
