Hi everyone, just wondering if any of you have changed your diet with PCOS and if it helped?

I eat healthy, I'm not trying to lose weight as I am in a healthy, and I am just confused as to what I can change!?

I've heard dairy is bad, carbs are bad, pasta/bread is bad, caffeine is bad... But geesh. Surely everything isn't that bad? I don't know. Just wondering what your thoughts are and if it's helped.

I've thought of going on a health binge, high protein and clean eating... I guess I could try that.

I haven't had AF in 66 days :( going to see fertility specialist on Thursday for our first appointment.

I too have PCOS. I have tried many diets. The most successful diet was a low cal, Low fat, low carb, high protein. I also found eating small amounts of protein throughout the day helped to keep my metabolism going and keep hunger at bay.
Hope this helps. FXed the fertility specialist can help get your AF going again.
