PCOS and Femera how many cycles did it take?

I am on my second month of femera. I also take Metformin and conceived a baby 3 years ago on Metformin alone. Unfortunately, the metformin has not continued to help me ovulate so I started on femera. I did ovulate confirmed by blood test but no pregnancy this month. How long did it take you to conceive on femera?

Here is my stats:
Hubby had good sperm count
My eggs were good and decent amount of them
Thick uterus lining after femera and proof of ovulation
Age 34
Healthy weight of 140, 5 foot 6 inches.

I was wondering if anyone with similar stats as me had success and how long did it take?

I know this isn't what you were exactly looking for, but neglect month will be my first femara cycle. Just wondering if you had any nasty side effects from it.
