PCOS and/or implantation bleeding

Has anyone gone months without a period due to PCOS and then found they had miraculously fallen pregnant? If so did you have implantation bleeding?

I haven't had a period for 9 months and have another dr appointment but not until feb with a new consultant (fourth one). On Sunday I had a very light pink discharge when I wiped in the morning but hardly noticeable. Then a few hours later I felt wet and quickly went to the loo and had brown discharge. I used a tampon and had more brown discharge when I changed it a few hours later. Not a lot but a noticeable amount. I needed a pad or tampon if I didn't want a mark in my pants. Anyway I didn't have any more that day after I removed tampon but had a bit more on Monday but only when I wiped and again Tuesday, Wednesday and today, but it has got lighter and lighter. As in when I go to the loo sometimes I wipe and there is a tiny bit but most of the time there is nothing or I feel wet but it a clear watery discharge I can't see, just feel as such. Sorry this is TMI.

I am just wondering if there is any chance this sounds like implantation bleeding or just part of having PCOS?

I have PCO the same with out the syndrome? I've never had that before. But I have a period every 40 days or more. Can't really help, but I think u should test in a few weeks. Anything could be possible? Sounds like implantation. Good luck x
