PCOS diet book?

Hi! I found this book on ebay and it looks pretty good but I wanted to know if anyone else with PCOS had tried it or a similar thing

PCOS diet book

I have heard that following a low GI diet can be helpful to PCOS sufferers, but I am unsure as to what to try

Any advice greatfully appreciated!

I would recommend googleing a man called Patrick Holford, he is a leading expert in the UK on this kind GI diet also he talks about the GL diet. His website is very intereting and helpful and has recommendations on the site about food combinations, recipes and has many books that you can purchase,
