PCOS diet?

Is there a diet that is most beneficial to those who have PCOS? Have you been told to eat or avoid certain things?

A while back I had found this YouTube video of this lady with PCOS and she did a Low Amylose Diet I wrote everything down and said I was going to do it but never did.. I hope this is some what helpful..

I have read that a ketogenic diet can be good for those with PCOS. I haven't done much research into it though
