I haven't been diagnosed with full syndrome, but only cos my specialist has given up trying to help and just called me fat (uk size 14..) He suggested I join weight watchers and would give me no other help or tests until we go back in november. So that was a few weeks ago. I went on a strict low GI and low sugar diet ( I just can't bring myself to cut it out completely) and worked out 30 minutes a day on my exercise bike. It worked great initially and I lost 3.5kg in less than 2 weeks. But in the last week I've actually gained 0.2kg! I'm worried this is my polycystic ovaries making it so flaming difficult, cos I really can't see what I'm doing wrong.
