Myself and DH have been ttc for nearly 4 years with one loss last year, as far as I'm aware I don't ovulate on my own and used to only see AF every 50 or so days, never regular.
I was given clomid to help me ovulate which gives me 31 day cycles everytime. Now I'm waiting for laparoscopy so this month is my first in a year without clomid, I hadn't even thought of the possibility of ovulating on my own but yesterday I had very sharp left sided pain, made me need to sit down but only last a minute then about 4 hours later I noticed some brown spotting, it was only twice that I noticed it and today nothing. If I was still taking clomid I would expect to ovulate yesterday or today.
Does anyone think maybe I ovulated on my own? Has this happened to anyone else after stopping clomid? I've never experienced ovulation spotting not even while on clomid so I don't even know if this is it!
I hate being paranoid but I'm worried about going in for my lap if there is a chance I could get pregnant.
