Hi ladies, sorry if this has been asked before but I've just had my 2nd loss and am now trying to take my poxy pcos in hand. doctors really aren't much help other than offering me metformin which I could do but would rather go natural! I've cut sugar from my diet which is going well and I've lost a couple pounds already. I'm just wondering now about supplements.I keep reading about agnus castus, cinnamon, magnesium, inositol, selenium etc but I can't find a definite list of what to take and how much, or where to get them from. I was wondering if anyone here could share their experiences?

Thank you in advance xx

In my opinion cutting out sugar works better then metformin and its awful side effects , I struggled with PCOS too and after losing 20 pounds I started ovulating and finally got pregnant after 5 years of mostly non ovulatory cycles. I tried agnus cactus and it caused constant high LH so I had to stop taking it. Peppermint tea lowers testosterone and raise's FSH and can aid in ovulation.
