These are so nommy! They really are! I'll upload a pic when they're out of the oven, but I've made them before and they rock!
**INGREDIENTS** (makes 20)
Preheat the oven to 190*C/375*F/Gas 5. form the dough into 20 balls and place them onto the baking sheets, about 5cm/2 inches apart. Flatten them slightly with your hand.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, oir until golden brown, leave to cool on wire racks.

- 125g/4.5 oz butter, softened, plus extra for greasing
- 150g/5.5 oz peanut butter (I have used chunky and smooth)
- 225g/8oz granulated sugar
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 150g/5.5oz plain flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 75g/2.75oz unsalted natural peanuts, chopped (optional)
