wot are ur opinions on these cones??????

it does sound a bit strange tbh hanging weights out of ur lady thing but i really dont like pelvic floor exercises & dont wanna end up wetting myself anytime soon.........

I was wondering about this - some of them are expensive, but they're definitely something i want to invest in when finances allow after baby has exited.

I was reading about these & they are meant to be really successful in strengthening the pelvic floor altho i did read somewhere that theyre not to be used in pregnancy :/
