So last night I got pains along the bottom of my stomach but since I had checked LOs heartbeat and he was kikcing I thought it would go away.

In bed last night the pains moved along to the left side and up my hip. It was so bad I could hardly walk to the toilet and I couldn't lay on my left side at all.
However, LOs heartbeat was still fine and he was still kicking.

Today, the pain was there but it was a dull ache more than anything, still just along the left and up the hip a bit. Got sorer later on but I went for a bath and that eased it. LO went mad in the bath and he has been kicking and nudging all day.
Now, even though LO is moving and such, the pain is coming back. Just in that one spot :/

I've got the MW tomorrow at 11am so I'll mentioned to her, but anyone have any clue what it could be? :S

I dont know what it could be hun but im sure the midwife will have alot more idea so i hope all goes well tomorrow :)
x

Thanks hun. Its so uncomfy and worrying. I hope its nothing and they can reccommend something to elevate the pain :(

U sure its not SPD? i started getting it around the 30 week mark. Can u turn over in your bed without it being sore? Get in and out of bed with ease? And walk without being sore? xx

I have this :( I was told it may be round ligament pain.
I only get it on days I walk alot, if I don't do much in the day I don't get it. At it's worst I can barely get out of bed to go to the toilet, and baths really do help.

Walking is sore on that side, getting in and out of bed/the bath/the car is sore on the left, cant roll over on my bed without pain from that side or with general ease.
Would it have just came on randomly?
As in Tuesday I was fine and Wednesday into Wednesday night it got bad.

I didn't walk a lot either today or yesterday :(
Yesterday I walked to my dads car, into my house, and up and down a poolside around twice :/
And today I walked for around 1 hour in total since I was in class, travelling in the car, and in the bath/shower for long periods of time :/

Oh dear.
Sitting on my PC chair right now and I was leant foward leaning on my hands and sat back up and I got the shooting pain again :(

sounds like a touch of spd hun :( take paracetomol for it. if it gets rele bad u can ask for summit stronger like codydramol :) and mine came on over nyt aswel :( xx

Grr damn it!
I just want to rip my left hip and leg off and hobble about all fine lol xx

Definately sounds like PGP or SPD, I would speak to your MW ask her to rush you through a physio app, and see the GP for some stronger painkillers, DO NOT over do it, you will really regret it, I was housebound for 3 months when I was PG with DD because I insisted on working up until that point!

If that's not it, maybe your uterus is just growing right now or you stretched a muscle too far this week? I hope it gets better! :hugs:

Wow I have the same thing. Especially after being at work for 8 hours on my feet. What exactly is SPD? I have been panicing because in my 20 week ultrasound they said my placenta looked a little vascular but told me it was probably nothing.

I hope it isn't either of them since I work as a lifeguard and need to walk around quite a bit :( but I'm not holding out hope since it was even painful to lay on the not sore side last night just because where my leg was positioned

can u stil work as a life guard when ure 27weeks pregnant?? xxx

Yeah I can. I'm hired by a private company and there are teachers in the pool so basically the lifeguards are there to make the company look all health and safety proper lol

I think I have this too :( it's sore when i walk, usually slighly more to one side and sore when I try and turn over - like a sharp pain. When I get up or into the car too :/ hope urs isn't too bad n goes away soon :)
