People who hate/don't use johnsons products..

wash - tomtom baby
lotion - tomtom baby
cradle cap oil- organic monkey
shampoo - green baby

we're switching over to beaming baby organic wipes :flower:

Hate Johnson's gave Poppy an awful rash on her head.

Use huggies or pampers wipes
asda little angels bath or infacare or sometimes simple baby
dentinox cradle cap shampoo / simple baby shampoo
simple talc or asdas little angels liquid talc

My baby is fine with johnsons products, i use the shampoo and talc, and bath wash, wipes etc find pampers far to dry, also use the simple range. i only used johnsons after 6 months though, its to harsh on younger babies.

I dont use anything with SLS or parabens in it

I use Vani-T Body shampoo as a body wash and a shampoo. I use fragrance and alcohol free wipes.

I actually dont moisturise her, thats bad isnt it?

I love huggies naturally refreshing wipes, they are green tea and cucumber scented and smell great, are thick and sturdy, yet gentle.

I have a relative send us bubchen bath products from germany I love the products so much its stupid. I especially love the night time bath and the calendula shampoo. Also the sport and fun shampoo and shower smells quite handsome. Their milk lotion is fab!

I also love burts bee wash and their powder is great!

Shampoo and body wash: earth friendly baby (lasts ages!! Ive got half a bottle left since lo was born!!)

Wipes: huggies pure

No powder

Moisturiser: raw organic coconut oil

I don't like Johnsons.

We use -

• Halos and Horns body wash/shampoo
• Elave shampoo for occasional use
• Huggies Pure wipes
• Bumgenius cloth nappies (though I will use Pampers for a few weeks with newborn)
•We don't use talc
• If moisturiser is needed (which is rare) I prefer to use virgin olive oil on newborns and Oilatum on my toddler/older babies

Where do you buy Vani-T oh fellow Aussie? Do Coles or Woolies sell it? I buy Gaia because it has no parabens or sls. It's quite exi though.

Not moisturizing isn't necessarily bad. I do it because I find giving him a massage helps him unwind for bed. Unless your LO gets dry skin I wouldn't worry too much tbh

Wipes - toilet paper and wet muslins
Body wash - eco store wash (I think it's an NZ only product, plant based)
Talc - nothing but you can use cornstarch powder
Moisturiser - olive oil

Thanks Hun :flower:

I'm gonna check it out! Ive just jumped on the mineral makeup bandwagon too! I love it! :)

I tried not to use any products with SLS's, parabens and parfum in before LO was born on myself so that is the reason I don't use Johnson's for him. We use Little Me products instead.

Never used talc and don't use anything in it's place. I just always make sure LO is dried properly in all the nooks and crannies x

Woo hoo mineral make up rocks!! :happydance:

We mix and match between brands but generally using:

Shampoo - didn't use any shampoos on X until he was 8 months old (but then he doesn't have much hair). Now alternating between Dentinox for the cradle cap that's come back and Earth Friendly Baby shampoo.

Wipes - Superdrug or Boots own brand for poo nappies. For wee nappies, just water on reusable cloth wipes. Sainsburys value wipes for wiping down change mat etc if needs be.

Body wash - Oilatum bath emollient for his (v. mild) eczema.

Talcon powder - don't use

Moisturiser - Oilatum again for eczema. We do have some Boots baby lotion but will prob use it up myself.
