Period 2 weeks after D&C?

Hi All,

I had a D&C two weeks ago (10/16). My bleeding finally tapered off over the weekend-- yesterday I only wore a liner and had some minor spotting. The bleeding was also very dark as the two weeks went on-- almost black by the end.

Today suddenly I am bleeding again. I am cramping and have some of the symptoms that I get at the beginning of my period. The blood is much lighter-- dark red versus black. Could this be my period? It seems quite soon. Or just the D&C bleeding starting up again?

Any insight?

I took a pregnancy test and it's still positive... so that means it can't be my period, I believe?
