Period and OPK's after miscarriage

Hey everyone

Im new here and Im trying to find some help with a lot of confusion I have after having a miscarriage 4 weeks ago (march 15th at 5 weeks).
I have been spotting for past week and is wondering if this is my period or not. Ive never had anything like this before as my cycles are very regular.
Also, Ive had positive OPKs for the last 5 days and im extremely confused to why, and a negative hpt today... I know that my hcg levels went down to zero 3 days after my miscarriage so I know thats not why.
Has anyone else had missed up periods and opks after miscarriage
Any help is greatly appreciated thanks

Anyone have any insight? Im still really confused and hopeful that im pregnant.
My spotting has increased tho and I am using a liner.
But still wondering about the positive opk's
