Period every other week :-(

Hi girls, I'm 12 weeks postpartum with my second baby.
I'm having a period every other week and it's really getting me down this period I havnt even made it a week without it starting again.
Gp put me on the pill which didn't make any difference so I came off it as I really don't want to be on the pull with a family history of breast cancer.
I'm at my whits end does anyone know what I can do to regulate it, ideally naturally?? I'm due for a spa break with my husband this weekend, much needed which will now be rubbish with a heavy period.

Have you looked into vitex? It's an herbal supplement that's supposed to help regulate periods and make PMS symptoms less noticeable. It's used for everything from anovulation to post-menopausal regulation of hormones. Maybe google it, and look into whether it's something you would want to try or not. I'd talk to your doctor before you take it, though.

Has anyone else suffered with this? Still not getting anywhere, my gp has now suggested the coil but researching this doesn't give me the feeling it'l help?!
