Period for 3 days, only 1 day of heavy period.

Hi Everyone,

I have an irregular period and 11 days ago, my husband and I had an unprotected and used a pull out method only (sorry for tmi) . A week after that, I began a 3 day period (only the second day was heavy and the other two were more of just sticky red discharge throughout the day). I usually get a 5 day period and have 2-3 heavy days. This time, I did not feel any cramps but I was experiencing fatigue and mood swings. Has anyone experienced this? Is it normal?

I've had some off periods since being off BC. None seem to be the same. A couple months ago I had a really short one too, spotted for a few days, then bleed pretty heavy for a day, then it pretty much tapered off.

I am chalking it up to my body just trying to regulate since being off BC.

If you are pregnant enough to feel symptoms you are probably pregnant enough for it to show on a HPT. So, take one. If it's negative I would just consider that period to be a weird one.

I was never on pill and I thought it was strange. I would consider taking an HPT soon. Thanks :wave:
