Period pains on cd19

Can anyone help - I am ttc after a loss and have just learnt about how it all works. I have never even taken note of my cycle length before. Assuming I have a 28 day cycle, I am on cd19. I having what feels like period cramps. Could it be implantation already? Or late ovulation? Thank you!

I always get 1st period pains around cd 23-25 but I have a 31-34 day cycle. So could well be just normal AF pains. It is quite common to have a longer or shorter cycle so I would just put it down to that.

I had a 29 day cycle last month and ov'd on cd19 so could well be ov pain your feeling
