Periods after a miscarriage

Hi,

I am usually in the LTTC section but I have a question. I have this friend who had a miscarriage in December at 3 or 4 months. After that she had some what regular periods like a week early or a week late but otherwise normal. This month she is twenty days late and still She is very worried and is not sure what is happening.
What could be going on? Any thoughts?

I used to have 28-26 day cycles, with my last MC, my first period after that was 35 days with a 10 day LP, and the one after than only 14 days. I think it does muddle your body up for a little while, but if her MC was 5 months ago, I'd probably be taking a trip to the Doctors now, just for a check up.
