Petite Star Zia Recline Help!

So my new shiny Zia came on Tuesday and so far so good except the seat with just not recline no matter how hard I press the button in and pull the thing down, is this normal? Is there a nack to it? It's driving me crackers and DD's got chicken pox so often wants to lie down xx

oh i didn't think it could lay down until i read this sorry! i'm no help but if its that stuck i would consider sending it for a replacement xxx

Press the button in and pull hard, it can be really stiff at 1st and you can't recline when lo is in there.x

Yeah my 1st thought lol that's why got rid of mine, it's says somewhere in small print in instructions.

You can recline when lo id in there! push the button in the pul the strap straight and it should recline x

It's amazing, so lightweight and bouncy, highly recommend! I'll put some photos on Facebook of it at some point with Moo in, shes always going on about her new pram it's a dream to push even with her in and shopping! xx

Eh? You can recline with LO in it? Its practically like a drawstring, it can be a lil stiff sometimes but it defo reclines
