phelgm (tmi)

hi after i brushed teeth this morning i felt like mucusy phelgm on the back of my throat so i spat it out and it had black stringy stuff mixed with normal clear white spit sorry i feel gross writing this, i dont think this has come from my chest as i did not cough it up it was just at the back of my throat any ideas what it is? have anyone had this before? Xx

Didnt want to read and run. I ve never had that before though so I am probably not much help. If your worried though go to the doctors they should get to the bottom of it x x
