Is pilates any good for actually losing weight or just for toning? 
Went to my first class yesterday and really enjoyed it- even though I wasn't very good at it
At the time I didn't have that feeling of having had a really good workout but definately feeling it today
For those that do it regularly, is once a week enough or should I be looking at a couple of times a week? I can't really afford to go to a class more than once a week so might look into getting a dvd for home.
