Piles - Embarrassing! Painful! - TMI!

So I've had piles since having my son and they've only ever bothered me a few times. But this morning after going to the toilet, it was a bit sore but then the toilet paper was covered in blood and the bowl filled with blood!

It's definitely coming from my 'back passage' and not from anywhere else.

I'm now terrified of going to the loo cause it hurts and bleeds.

Does anyone know of any pregnancy safe creams etc to help with this issue? X

I have never had children previously yet I still have one sucker than had been rearing its ugly head. It is SO painful, but it doesn't bleed like yours. I have been so constipated, so I knew it was going to happen. I haven't been using anything on it.
