Piles?

Hi

You will certainly know if you have them. Very uncomfortable when going to the loo. Dont strain either as it can make you worse (tmi, sorry).

Make sure you drink plenty of fluids to prevent you from dehydrating and eat plenty of fruit and veg.

Dont forget exercise, a daily walk will do you the world of good.

I had them at the start of my pregnancy and fingers crossed, they have gone.
