Pimple on my boob? :/

Pimples and spots are nothing new to me, i've always suffered from them, mostly on my face but I'm currently on Duac, a topical cream and its working wonders. However, about 2 days ago I noticed there is a pimple right underneath my left nipple... I've had a few small red bumps and pimples on my chest area before, but never on my nipple? It's also the boob that feels sore, the right one feels normal...

Could this mean anything??
