pinching/tearing feeling in upper abdomen

I know I posted before about pain in the upper part of my bump, but wanted to see again if anyone had this. It is a pinching/tearing feeling that gets worse throughout the day. It only hurts when I move certain ways - like bend over to pick something up (I'll get sharp pinch feeling) or twist a certain way.

I spoke to my doctor about it and she says she thinks I just tore a muscle or something, but it's been three weeks and it's still there. It's a little better I guess, but it's annoying. I plan to ask her again when I go this week, but just was hoping someone else on here may have some answers.

I'm not sure Hun, I've had a sore/tender burning sensation at the top of my bump, under my right boobie. It's really painful and spreads to my right side of my torso and back.

Does that sound like what you have?

I have no idea what it is, I'm gonna ask my mw at my appointment this week

Sounds like it could be muscles or LO is on a nerve. I was getting what you are describing right under my boob to and it even at times felt like it was going numb but since LO has changed positions I haven't had it.

I feel like that too right at the top of my bump right in the middle, I dont know what it is though :s

I get rib pain on the right side that radiates round to my back....was told it was just the growth pushing things out the way.

Have also had the burning/tearing pain in the middle of my bump at the top and wonder if that's what they call trans-abdominal separation.

Yes, mine is sort of towards the middle as well. I am just really hoping it will go away after the baby is born and it's not something major to deal with then.
