Well i can't see a nub. I think the skull looks like a boy one although i'm not sure since the picture isn't really clear x
Are you finding out the gender or will it be a surprise?

Oh okay--thank you . The nub is the part under the umbilical cord that looks pointed down in first pic and forked in second. The images do kinda suck though lol. We are going to be finding out on 11/5 . I will keep you posted!!
