Pink spotting at 18 weeks

Last night at 3:30 am I woke up having to pee and poo...
When I wiped there was pink on the paper. It was gone with in three wipes . And only happend minimally one more time ...
On Friday I did have an internal exam to swab and make sure my yeast infection and BV was gone ... Which it was . My OB told me it was very irritated in there and to expect some spotting ... But I was fine all day Friday and Saturday until 3:30 am.
This morning I haven't had anymore spotting, but should I be worried. I have a Doppler and found baby girl right away . I never spotted with my first ... Only with my miscarriages so I'm really worried something bars going to happen

Its most likely from the internal
But if ur worried for ur peace of mind u could go get checked xxx

Does sound like its from the internal, especially if it's stopped now
