Pink spotting four days after period ended..

Hi... I've been trying to conceive for three years now... Dr doesn't think theres any issues bc all tests come back good but before my period this month i had really bad gas pains .. Immobilizing pains... And dry mouth and oily skin ... I felt like it was my month but I got my period right when it was expected. Heavy for two days and spotting for four.. Last night i got super nauseous and almost felt like i was getting the flu.. Feel okay today...Tonight i had sex with hubby and about an hour later had pink spotting but this has never happened before ... Anyone experience this?
