pink stained cm

i am on cd10 of a femara cycle (took it cd2-6), i normally brown spot for quite a few days after AF (i have endo) but this month i went from brown spotting straight to pink spotting. i haven't had any ewcm yet which i normally get in the 4 days leading up to OV so i don't think it's OV related... but why am i still spotting after 10 days ?? help !

Could be your lining thickening and shedding some.
