does it come with the wet bag and changing mat? any marks ect?

Hi Hun. No marks on it. I can send you pics of the bottom and sides if you like? The front part is wipe clean anyhow.
It comes with change mat. I will check if it has a wet bag I think I may have put that somewhere else! I def never used it if I did have one x
