Planning a Home Birth after Cesarian!

So I have met with a midwife and we are seriously considering a home birth after cesarian. Anyone else in the same boat? My husband is surprisingly supportive. I thought he would be against it. I feel like I am doing the right thing for us, but my family thinks I am crazy. I suppose thats how it goes. I will update as I go along.

I'd be interested to hear how you go? What were the circumstances for your section the first time round? I had an emcs after 16-hours of very consistent and strong labour, distressed baby and only dilating to almost 7cm. I was devastated. I know a 2nd section isn't inevitable but a home birth seems a wild dream to me after that experience.
