Plant Identification?

I have a plant taking over the front garden area of my house, though we don't actually do much gardening. Regardless, we can't figure out what this thing is. We've tried several "online plant identification" pages where you choose different characteristics and it makes guesses, but that's not working. Other than these photos, the only thing I can share is that it grew very quickly. There was hardly anything there, and then there were suddenly these huge plants. The 3rd one is just a close-up of the buds that are forming on the stalk. None of them have opened yet, unfortunately. So, I don't know what the flowers might look like. Thanks in advance for any insight. I really just want to know if its worth keeping or should be cut down.

I am pretty sure theses are Hollyhocks. Very pretty when the flowers bloom.

I forgot I posted this! You're 100% right! They've started blooming now and they're gorgeous! I'll post some pics of the flowers tonight! Thank you!
