Please could someone help me by doing a siggy?

I really dont have a clue how to go about making a personalised one...

I really fancied having 3 black and white photos of OH and I, with a few purple glittery butterflies and pink hearts. (I have no imagination, im so sorry!) With the words: 'I love my man' written on it some how.

haha No worries if it can't be done, or needs to be done differently... I am not fussy!
