IMO Isabelle and Annabella are too similar and I wouldn't use them together. But if they only go by Izzy and Annie then it sounds OK. I wouldn't go with Izzy and Bella because it sounds (to me) like one name shared between them. like if you called out "Izzy, Bella" it would sound like you're calling out Isabella.
