please help dont know what to do

hi girls
i really need your help!
taylors been poorly since Monday he started with a chesty cough and vomited at the time we thought it was coz he was coughing so hard!
but he started vomiting tuesday and now since 6pm and right up to now!
he wont keep any water down or medicine hes temp is 38.7, hes currently laid on couch stripped to pants asleep hes just vomiting clear liquid maybe a bit cloudy.
i just dont know what to do!
my partners at work and doesnt finish till 4, ive text him but he told me to ring 999 i think that maybe a little severe i have no money to ring nhs direct and if i was to ring 999 i cant go to hospital coz i have mia asleep upstairs in her cot!
my partner wont come home coz hes on a warning
should i just wait till he gets home then ring 999 so he can stay with mia or risk it and take him to doctors in morning?

please help
im scared and worried
