Please help, I have the fashion sense of a goose

Heeelp!!
I'm going out tonight with a couple of newish friends. They are so much more stylish than me! I have this tunic top which has pale pinks, creams and pale golds in it. I have a pair of spakly gold heels or alternatively a pair of pale pink heels. But what do I wear on my legs?? Would black leggings be weird?? Please help I might just cry if left to my own devices

what about some jean coloured leggings/jeggings? im thinking black might be harsh if your top is made up of pastel coloured and you have gold shoes. xx
